How would you feel when you get to know the person talking to you right now via the phone or in a chat ,telling something bad about you to another person at the same time while talking or chatting with you.

I like your calmness. Writing makes you calm... But still don't try to find meaning of every word. Still they will hurt you. Stay calm and quiet then everything will be ok. Sometimes little quietness makes huge revolutions...
